Spot the Lie? is an automated text analysis tool that may identify possible reasoning flaws, persuasive patterns, or logical fallacies in user-submitted content. The service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Spot the Lie? does not provide legal, medical, mental health, therapeutic, financial, employment, compliance, investigative, or other professional advice. Outputs are not a substitute for human judgment or professional consultation.
The service may generate incomplete, inaccurate, simplified, biased, misleading, or incorrect results. We do not guarantee the correctness, completeness, reliability, availability, usefulness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of any output, score, label, explanation, or analysis.
You use the service entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, interpreting, and deciding whether to rely on any output. You agree not to use the service as the sole basis for legal, medical, safety, relationship, employment, compliance, business, or other significant decisions.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Spot the Lie? and its operator from and against claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your submitted content, your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force to the maximum extent permitted by law.
